4-903.11(A) Store single-use and single-service articles to prevent contamination and at least 6 inches off the floor. Observed single use meat trays stored beside the beef cutting station. Trays were contaminated with bloody meat residue. CDI- contaminated trays voluntarily discarded. Spoke to PIC about moving trays to a rack away from meat cutting area. |
