- EHS observed a container of tofu ( cooked plant food) with a date of 4/27 on it. Inspection took placed on 5/6 which has exceeded the seven days.
- Discard the food requiring date labels once the time/temperature window has expired, if it is not labeled, or if the label is incorrect.
- CDI PIC voluntarily discarded the tofu. |

- CDI PIC moved the bag of flour so that it was no longer next to the dish detergent. |
