General Comments

15 - Ring buoy grab rope starting to degrade. Replace ring buoy with USCG approved. Observed replacement ring buoy in pump room. Given 30 days to correct. - Body hook and pole not visible on pool deck due to landscape. Cut back or eliminate landscape or move body hook so visible within 30 days. 22 - Emergency phone set up to ring back to front desk. When front desk called, no one answered and rolled over to operating service again. Repair phone by May 1 to ring back directly to pool deck. Front desk is only permitted for ring back when answered 24/7. Contact Katie for additional questions if needed. Intent to Suspend issued for CPO. Flow meter restriction at 100 gpm. Flow meter reading at 109 gpm within 10% accuracy. Tim Gomez present during the inspection.
