General Comments

Rope for ring buoy starting to fray. Repair with 30 ft rope within 30 days. Will verify on return visit for Intent to Suspend items. Intent to Suspend issued for loose ladder, skimmer weir, plugging of equalizer lines, gap at gate >1/2", safety rope floats, metal lids on deck and maintaining a CPO. A return visit will be made in 30 days to verify completion of intent to suspend items.
