Today, labels said “Cornelius, NC” in the space originally provided for phone number. Observed freshly replenished ROP steak in meat case above 41F. CDI - PIC took items to walk in to cool and will monitor the process to ensure all foods maintain 41F once cold holding. EHS will check these items again as part of VR on 03/13/2021. |
