Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed 3 empty hand soap dispensers and 1 disrepair hand dryer in girl restroom. 1 disrepair hand dryer in boy restroom. Soap dispenser is not working causing no soap to be available for proper hand washing in classroom 207. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all times.
Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed loose faucet at hand sink in restroom 207 and 305 need repair. |
