Food debris present in containers of water holding serving spoons for dispensing food in hot holding wells. Store utensils that are in-use in the food product with the handle up, in a container of water that maintains 135F or greater and the container is cleaned at least every 24 hours or at a frequency necessary to preclude the accumulation of soil residues.
