Follow the correct diaper changing procedure as described in 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (d). Observed teacher in toddler classroom leave on soiled gloves throughout entire diaper changing process and not wipe her hands or child's hands before donning clean diaper. EHS educated teacher on rule 15 NCAC 18A .2819 (d).
All cleaning and disinfectant solutions shall be properly labeled (i.e. soapy water, disinfectant). 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ) and .2820 (c ). Observed multiple soapy water spray bottles and water bottles not labeled throughout center. |
