GENERAL COMMENTS NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #11. Prepare a wipe-on or spray-on sanitizer daily at 50 to 200 ppm chlorine. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (d). Observed sanitizer at 1000 ppm chlorine in infant room 1. EHS corrected solution during inspection to 200 ppm chlorine. #27. All cleaning and disinfectant solutions shall be properly labeled (i.e. soapy water, disinfectant). 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ) and .2820 (c ).
