General CommentsPIC stated that OMB Sausage Cart (40940) is no longer being kept at this location, it is now permanently housed at the Ballantyne location (110992). EHS informed PIC that facility must call EH front desk at 980-314-1620 and make a commissary change request and pay $100 fee if they have no intentions of bringing the unit back to this location. OMB kitchen trailer will operate around April/May ‘26. Maybe Fridays, definitely Saturdays.
