Observed ceiling tiles that are wet above serving line--need to check for leaks. Manager stated that Principal had someone to look at problem.
Observed floor ramp to walk-in cooler in bad repair---raises up and down when you step on it.
Observed wall behind warming cabinets at serving line in bad repair need to repair and repaint. |
