General Comments

-The 3-compartment sink is not conducive to properly washing, rinsing and sanitizing equipment. The middle compartment is too small to fill the sink and properly rinse soap off of equipment. Water splashes onto floor. Recommend replacing with a commercial grade 3- compartment sink that will adequately fit the largest piece of equipment properly.
