CSI was called and will be out as soon as possible. The food items in the flip top cooler and the 2-door reach in cooler were moved to the walk in cooler. A VERIFICATION VISIT WILL BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS TO VERIFY REPAIR OF ALL UNITS. REPEAT.

Observed a red bucket and a bus tub being used to hold shelving up off of the ground in the walk in freezer. Have shelving replaced. Observed ice machine leaking water onto the floor. It does not appear it is coming from the piping attached. Have repaired.
