(NO POINTS DEDUCTED) 3. Observed low water fountain pressure located at back restrooms. Provide adequate pressure reaching above mouth piece. 7. Observed multiple storage items on floor in back left storage closet. Keep all items stored off floor for adequate cleaning. 8. Observed lights not properly operating in flex room. Repair lights. Observed hallway A/C vent collecting dust debris build up in need of cleaning. Ms. Nancy Osvai (Executive Assistant) was present during inspection.
