4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf Observed serveral utensils, tops, metal containers that were soiled with food residue. All are stored in plastic containers under prep table. CDI-PIC removed containers with soiled utensils and put them in the 3-comp sink. Lids will be used on the containers to prevent food from getting on them. |
