General Comments

Pool is currently operating from 9am-dusk as stated on all their signs surrounding the pool deck. Establishment is in the process of reviewing the lighting requirements and if necessary installing more lighting. Until this process is completed and approved by Mecklenburg County Public Health, the pool cannot be opened until 10pm. Pool permit shall be posted in an area where it can be visibly seen by all persons on pool deck no in the pump room.
