15A NCAC 18A .1825( e) All refuse shall be collected and stored in covered receptacles. Refuse receptacles shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed no lids on dumpster. Observed collection of bed railing and other debris collecting to the side of dumpster. Per operator, collection of trash occurs 2-3 times a week. Clean this area and have lids replaced. -0- |
