General Comment: #13. Observed an extended period of time before hot water reached 116F within rooms. Hot water within rooms shall be 116F-118. Address issue that may be causing the extended period of time for hot water to finally reach 116F. **Hot water in guest rooms shall be provided at a temperature of no less than 116°F (46.7°C) and no more than 128°F (53.3°C). 15A NCAC 18A .1810 (e). #17. Observed area behind ice chute and stationary part of ice machine soiled on first floor. Thoroughly clean ice machine behind ice chute. Repair ice machine that is out of order or replace ice machine.**Ice Machines, equipment, utensils, and the room or area in which the machines are . located shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1811 (c). #30. Observed storage on the floor in storage room 143. Clean and organize storage closet.**Storage rooms or cabinets shall be provided for all supplies, linens, and equipment. 15A NCAC 18A .1813 (a). OBSERVED MISSING FENCING FROM AROUND SWIMMING POOL! REPLACE MISSING FENCING AROUND SWIMMING POOL! A FOLLOW UP VISIT FROM LISA BOYES WILL BE MADE TO MAKE SURE SWIMMING POOL FENCE IS BACK UP AND MEETS RULES AND REGULATIONS! Mr. Ted and Ms. Jackie present at time of inspection. #27. Observed stains on arm rest on chairs within rooms. Clean stains on arm rest of chairs or replace chairs with stained arm rest. Replace missing pulls on dresser doors.**Furniture, fixtures, carpets and other accessories shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (d).
