NO POINTS DEDUCTED (#16) Hot water shall be maintained between 80°F and 110°F at handwashing sinks accessible to children. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). Observed hot water at hand washing sink near diaper changing station measuring (115F) in (Toddler) room. (points not taken due to only sink out of compliance) (#29) All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). Observed chemical storage cabinet left unlocked inside (Toddler) room. CDI chemical cabinet locked during inspection. Observed laundry room with key left in door lock allowing numerous chemicals to be left accessible. CDI key removed, placed at 5ft or above and door locked during inspection. (#37) Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. Observed wall near cot storage damaged in (private Kindergarten) classroom in need of touch-up painting / repair.
