NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #29 - CRITICAL VIOLATION Observed cleaners including comet and windex being stored in an unlocked cabinet in the kitchen. Facility has a separate locked cabinet for chemicals in the kitchen. Cleaners were placed in the locked cabinet. Ensure all chemicals/cleaners are held in a separate locked cabinet in the kitchen. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCC 18A .2820 (b).
