Hose with spray nozzle, at the 3 comp sink, hangs down into the basin. Staff say they do not use the spray wand. Spray nozzle cannot be used and must either have a spring installed that will allow sprayer to hand above the sink or remove the sprayer.

Cement/brick walls in the stock room are not smooth and easily cleanable, but are in good repair. The ceiling over the serving line is not smooth and easily cleanable. Overhead piping along the serving line can not be cleaned properly.
