Observed gate latch to be broken and get his being held shut with a chain and lock. The lock was unsecured upon arrival such and access to the pool through the gate was simply a matter of pulling the chain through. This is a hazard risk for drowning as the pool is not properly secured against entry by children. The gate must be properly repaired. Prior to the repair the gate must be properly secured closed with a chain and lock that is kept locked at all times. |
