.2539(c) All pools, prior to permit issuance, shall provide documentation to the Department to verify suction outlet safety compliance.
Observed drain covers changed out. 7 Aquastar 6HPHA EQ covers and 2 Aquastar 1216 main drain covers were observed. Pump is a Hayward HCP30501 with a 5 HP motor. PDSC form for the changes has not been submitted and approved by the Health Department. Pool cannot pass inspection without this approval. Pool shall remain closed until this is verified by C. Elmore. |
