Observed couch and carpet heavily stained in room 341, food debris/residue on kitchen floor in room 341, black growth on ceiling above shower in room 341, broken freezer handle and stained bar stools in room 312, loose hook on bathroom door and pink growth on underside of shower seat in room 233, kitchen light burned out and damaged a/c unit in room 139, and peeling ceiling above shower in room 144.
