This requirement shall be effective one year after the effective date of this Rule. NEW RULE-NO POINTS. A hand hygiene program needs to be implemented for cleaning hands in-between dirty and clean laundry. An example is installing a hand sink with soap and towels or hand sanitizer and once sanitizer has dried (not wiped off) clean gloves are used |
