26. -Observed the section of wall damaged between the restroom door and tub in room 114.-Observed the wall stained by the dresser in the bedroom in 202.The floors, walls, and ceilings of bedrooms, closets, and storage areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (d).30. Observed debris on the floor in the linen storage room at the end of the 1st floor.Cabinets, shelves, and storage rooms shall be constructed to facilitate cleaning and kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .1813 (b).34. Observed a toilet, laundry cart, a large pallet, along with other trash and debris collected on the ground around the dumpster.
