No demerits were issued for the following: 34. Observed standing water in water play bin while children was napping. Ensure that water is dumped after use. **Clean and sanitize water play centers and associated toys daily (if used) and when visibly soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (c ). Observed mats torn in the play room (E3). **Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). NOTE: Children were napping in room E5 during the inspection due to a/c not operating properly in room E6. Ambient temperature in E6 was 80F during today’s inspection.
