No demerits were issued for the following: 21. Observed the handwashing sink in the restroom adjacent to classroom E4 with a run time of 8 seconds. Ensure that sinks run for a minimum of 15 seconds. **Keep handwashing sinks clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a). NOTE: Observed boarded up window that was shattered in room E5 needs to be repaired. Also room temperature was below comfortable, children sleeping in E3 during nap time due to cool temperature in E5. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
