NO DEMERITS TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #7. All thermometers in refrigerators shall be stored in the warmest part of the refrigerator and located to be easily readable. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (h) (1). Observed thermometer in room E-6 stored toward the back of the refrigerator. #27. All cleaning and disinfectant solutions shall be properly labeled (i.e. soapy water, disinfectant). 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ) and .2820 (c ). Observed soapy water bottle in room E2 not labeled. #32. Individual linen shall be provided for all beds, cots, or mats. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (c ). Observed some cots in room E2 with no linen. Teacher told EHS that parents are required to provide linen. EHS advised teacher to have extra linen on hand for children who parents do not supply linen. #34. Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). Observed furniture in multiple classrooms with sticker residue build up. Clean. Observed baby dolls with black build up in classrooms. Clean. #48.
