Tiffany Johnson was present. The following areas were inspected: E3, E4, E5, E6, cafeteria/kitchen, helath room, E hall adult restrooms.#16 - Observed the hot water at the hand washing sink was 74F in E5. **Hot water accessible to the children must be tempered between 80-110F.#39 - Observed the window blinds were damaged in E6, **Keep all light fixtures clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a).
