General Comments

Ms. Johnson was present during the inspection. The following areas/rooms were inspected: Health room, E3, E4, E5, E6, 2 staff restrooms in E building, and the lower parking lot dumpster#29 - Observed one aerosol Lysol spray was stored on a cabinet on a high shelf in room E4. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #35 - Ensure that each water play table and toys are cleaned and sanitized after each session. **Clean and sanitize water play centers and associated toys daily (if used) and when visibly soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (c ).#44 - Observed litter and an uncovered container of trash/water behind the dumpster. **Solid waste must be covered, and dumpster area must be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (c ) and (d).***Observed a strong odor of gas outside room E5 (near exterior gas line/vent). Advised Ms. Johnson to call Piedmont Natural Gas to report odor.
