General Comments

EHS discussed TPHC with PIC as salsa, crema, and queso fresco is not being held within temperature on the buffet line. PIC agreed that the facility could handle TPHC since the buffet is open form 6:30AM - 9:30AM and the food is already discarded. EHS assisted PIC with completing the TPHC paperwork and explained the procedures.
