Observed dishes with food residue/debris on them stored as clean on the dish rack. Observed the metal pans also had a sticky residue to them. Observed food debris in bottom of the containers on the dish rack that held utensils such as scoops and spatulas. CDI - Dishes were cleaned. REPEAT. |
