General Comments

Inspection conducted with operator John Dalton. Intent to suspend the permit issued for missing required signage. Call Hope McIntosh at 980-314-1620 once correct required signage has been posted or return visit will be conducted at 30 days. Pool cl reading at least 10.0 ppm but does not bleach out indicator in test solution. EHS strongly recommends reducing cl levels to prevent adverse effects for swimmers. Night swimming is not permitted. Note: equalizer covers expire 2/2024 Covers must be replaced with PDSC submitted and approved or covers must be disabled per state recommendations with PDSC submitted prior to expiration in order to avoid permit action.
