General Comment: #3. Observed water fountain on A hall out of order. Repair broken water fountain.**Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). #10. Observed boards/pallets around dumpster area. Remove boards and pallets from around dumpster area.**All solid waste shall be disposed of in an approved landfill or by a method approved by the Department in accordance with state laws and rules. 15A NCAC 18A .2414 (c). #11. Observed disinfectant wipe stored under cabinet area of hand sink in classroom area. Store disinfectant wipe/cleaning products out of reach of children or locked away.**Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Mr. Charles Toussaint present at time of inspection.
