4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf Observed meat tenderizer blades and a meat grinder hopper stored as clean with debris accumulation on them. CDI- grinder was recleaned, meat tenderizer blades were set aside for recleaning. |
