4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf Observed a meat grinding machine stored clean with minor debris on the inside of the hopper and a hamburger pattying press with debris accumulation on the press handle. CDI- items were recleaned. Facility continues to make improvements to cleaning of food contact surfaces therefore no point escalation. |
