Observed container of frozen pulled chicken in walk-in freezer without cover. Observed several containers of uncovered TCS foods in the walk-in cooler not in the active process of cooling. CDI - PIC covered chicken and moved it into WIC. PIC covered all items in WIC that were not actively cooling. |
