Inspection conducted with CPO John Kirk. Some deck tiles not fully glued down in places. Maintain tiles secure with no gaps or offsets > 1/2 inch. Main drains expired 2-17-2024. Ensure new VGB approved drain covers are installed and updated PDSC form is submitted to our office prior to expiration.
