PDSC information verified in-field. ITS issued for doors leading onto pool deck self-closing but not self-latching or audibly alarmed. ITS issued for speaker on inside pool wall with screen pushed in. Observed one area on pool deck near stairs that lead into pool where rubber tiling is peeling and could be a potential trip hazard. Re-secure or replace tiling so no trip hazard can occur.
