General Comments

Facility acts as a commissary for coffee shop upstairs. No food is served in kitchen/dining room area. Food is prepared every morning for breakfast and lunch that is served at the coffee shop upstairs. PIC explained food is prepared, cooled in blast chiller, and then taken upstairs. TPHC is used for items once removed for hot/cold holding prior to being transported upstairs.
