Observed peeling paint on bathroom ceiling River Birch (1113, 1104), Mountain Laurel (2004), Fraser Fir (2115). Repair needed. |

Observed pink buildup ring around toilet bowl in restroom River Birch next to music room 1130. Observed slow draining at nurse station sink, and new caulking needed around hand sink in unit admission room in Mountain Laurel. Detail cleaning needed and keep all bathroom facilities clean. Repairing and keep all hand sink in good repair. |
