River Birch 20, 5. Observed cracked at basin of a hand sink in activity room in River Birch. Repair or replace needed.- half point taken due to lot of improvement. |

.1313 (d) Institutions shall provide water heating facilities. Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to carry out all operations. Hot water shall be provided at temperatures between 105 degrees Fahrenheit and 116 degrees Fahrenheit at handwashing and bathing facilities.- Observed in mountain laurels, hot water measure at 88F in Exam room, 117F in room 3. Fraser Fir in staff restroom at 117F. River Birch exam room at 100F. Ensure to provide tempered water temperature between 105F -116F at anytime. |
