These facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.- Observed pink/gray mildews around shower basin need better cleaning and keep clean in room 1120, 1102, 1107, 2120, 2108. Observed hand washing sink in activity room 2nd floor, water pressure is not even causing a faucet to shake while water is running, and cracked at the basin of the same hand sink. |
