No Points: #17: Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and properly regulated. 15A NCAC 18A .1314 (a). Observed water fountains in gym with too high water pressure and splattering on floor. #33: Carts used for soiled laundry shall be labeled for soiled laundry use only. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b). Observed several of the large rolling carts not labeled soiled laundry. Make sure all carts are labeled. #36: All kitchenware and food contact surfaces of equipment, exclusive or cooking surfaces of equipment, used in preparation or serving of food or drink, and all food storage utensils, shall be cleaned after each use. 15A NCAC 18A .1320 (c). Observed cabinet and drawer with food spills. Keep clean. #43: All refrigerators shall have a thermometer and situated so that the thermometer can be easily read. 15A NCAC 18A .1323 (b). Observed thermometer in 2nd flooor nourishment room needs replacing. Reading 10F and food not frozen.
