General Comments

Ms. Lisa and Mr. Samuel present during inspection today. 3) Keep all walls and ceilings clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1310. Observed minor touch up paint needed in 1118. Observed wall next to shower damaged in room 1118. Part of the drywall was on the floor, indicating that this was a new issue. 28) All patient care or consumable items shall be stored at least 8 inches above the floor. 15A NCAC 18A .1318 (a). Observed box of paper towels stored on floor in EVS room. 33) Clean bed linen in good repair shall be provided for each individual and shall be changed when soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b). Observed stain on fitted sheet in 2116 and stained pillow case in room 2103. Housekeeping had not been to the room yet.
