4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf Observed soiled grinding tube stored as clean in walk in cooler. Interior grooves had some meat debris left on them. This was the only soiled item stored as clean. CDI - returned to sink to be thoroughly washed, rinsed, and sanitized. |
