No demerits were issued for the following: 5. Observed bottle dated 5/4 and another with the date illegible. Some old dates were marked out with today's date written in. Encouraged to have a new label placed on the bottle daily. **Label all baby bottles, sippy-cups, and bottled beverages sent from home with the child's name and date it was brought into the facility. 15A NCAC 18A .2804 (d) 23. Observed no handwashing sign at the handwashing sink near the toddler room. **Hand washing signs shall be posted at all hand washing areas. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (e) 37. Observed water stained ceiling tile in the PreK room. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
