Observed dead insects in the light shield on the back hallway needs to be removed and cleaned. **Keep all light fixtures clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a). 44. Observed dumpsters outside with the lid open. Ensure that dumpsters remain covered to help reduce the chances of pests. **Solid waste must be covered, and dumpster area must be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (c ) and (d).
