General Comments

No demerits issued for the following: 13. Observed high chair feeding tray stored under handwashing sink in the infant room. Needs to be removed. **Do not store food service equipment under exposed sewer lines. 15A NCAC 18A .2814 (b). 26. Observed disinfectant at 250ppm in the 4 year old room. Ensure that disinfectant is maintained between correct concentrations. **Prepare disinfectant between 500-800 ppm chlorine daily. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ) and .2801 (7). 29. Observed pack of cigarettes stored in teacher rest room on shelving. Rest room is not used by children and cigarettes were stored on high shelf. ENSURE THAT THERE IS NO SMOKING ON FACILITY PREMISES. ANY FURTHER SIGNS OF SMOKING ON PREMISES WILL RESULT IN PROVISIONAL. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). Tonya Parker was present during the inspection.
